If you do not receive a verification code in your mailbox, there are several common reasons why this may happen, please exclude on a case-by-case basis:

1. The E-mail format is incorrectly entered or not registered
→ Please reconfirm whether your email address is correct (upper and lower case letters, etc.);  if you have not registered your account, please do so.

2. Wrong input when registering your account
→Be sure to check the email address you entered when registering.

3.Verification emails are judged as spam by the system
→We recommend you to check the junk mail folder.

4. If you are using the blocking function from your company’s corporate mailbox registration.
→We recommend that you re-register and change your corporate mailbox to your personal mailbox.

If your mobile phone does not receive authentication SMS messages, there are several common reasons for this to happen:

1. Poor signal or signal congestion may prevent you from receiving the code
→It is recommended to move to a location with good signal, or do it again later.

2. SMS messages are judged to be advertisements
→Please check if the “Phone Identification App” has been installed on your mobile phone. If it has been set to blacklist, please unblock it to avoid SMS reception failure.


3. Telecommunication company set up “Do Not Receive Corporate SMS” function

→Every telecommunication company provides “Do Not Receive Corporate SMS” service, we suggest you check with your telecommunication company.

4. Do-not-disturb mode of your mobile phone may cause SMS reception failure→Please adjust your phone settings.

5. The storage space of your mobile phone is full, so you cannot receive SMS messages.
→Please check your phone’s storage space.
